This is kind of a stretch, the Angel flying around without a mask (especially since a few minutes earlier the X-Men were being all furtive and careful not to mention names) but it adds to the punchline of the sequence. Page 15. Captain America is still tossing Cyclops around like a rag doll, despite that power beam. Cap even says the Avengers have been restraining themselves so far.
